HSA Meeting – June 17, 2012 (Sunday)

It is our pleasure to invite you all to the second HSA meeting of 2012. We request you to attend with all your family members and make the meeting a grand success. Also, please feel free to bring along any new members you might know.

Date: June 17, 2012 (Sunday),
Venue: Sanjeevaiah Park (Necklace Road), Hyderabad

Program Schedule

11:00 AM: Meeting begins
12:30 PM: Prayer, welcome speech
1:00 PM: Lunch (will be provided by the association)
2:00 PM: Introduction of new HSA members and Prize distribution for Academic Achievers
2:30 PM: Entertainment program & games to follow.

HSA will be sponsoring prizes for students who have scored above 90% in the 10th and 12th standard examinations. To claim your prize, it is mandatory to bring a copy of your mark sheet.

Please help us plan effectively by confirming you attendance along with the head count as soon as possible.
