Once again the association meeting went thru a lean attendance. 20 of the 80 active families living in Hyderabad attended this meeting. It is sad to see a low attendance. We will not be able to make these association meetings a success with out its members. Please try and attend as many as meetings as possible.
I urge the Sourastra youth living in Hyderabad to come forward, take up some responsibilities and share the numerous ideas that they may have. Currently, the association has an opening for Joint secretary and is hoping for some energetic person to take up this responsibility. Any volunteers here?

Introduction of New member (s) - Mr. Bhavamoorthy & family
Lunch – Veg Biriyani, Raita, Curd rice, Chips, Laddu, etc. Extra sweets were brought by members
Collection of Annual fees and distribution of 2008 Daily sheet calendars
Games - Antakshari etc.
Special announcement:
To encourage children to excel in academics, the association has decided to award a cash prize to Child members who score above 90% in their Annual exams beginning the current academic year.
